Door level adaptor plate sets (sold as a pair).  This item is design to retrofit a 54mm hole to be used with the concealed fix door handles.
The back-plate is 60mm x 60mm wide.  Only suitable for the Square Rose on the Baltimore, Oxford and Siena Ranges.
